Course Description:
The SBLSO course is a highly practical, simulation-based program aimed at reducing maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality. It focuses on the emergent management of common obstetric complications like postpartum hemorrhage, shoulder dystocia, breech presentation, and Maternal Cardiac Arrest (MCA) to standardize emergency skills.
Course Length:
The SBLSO course is a highly practical, 8-hour minimum (excluding breaks).
Target Audiences:
The target audience includes all professional healthcare providers involved in obstetric care and emergency management, such as Physicians, Nurses, Midwives, Residents, Physician Assistants, Respiratory Therapists, and EMS Personnel.
